M-Portal Live – Pay Per View Streaming Platform

1. Registration on m-portal-live.cz

1.1 Basic Requirements

To register and purchase PPV streams, the user must:

• Be over 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information (first name, last name, email, billing address).
• Agree to these registration terms.
• Agree to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
• Agree to the Complaints Procedure.
• Agree to the processing of personal data (GDPR).

1.2 Data Provided

• First and last name – required for identification and invoicing.
• Email – required for login, payment confirmation and communication.
• Billing address – for tax and legal purposes.
• Phone number (optional).

1.3 Password and Security

• Choose a strong password.
• You are responsible for the security of your password.
• In case of suspected unauthorised access, contact admin@m-portal.cz.

1.4 Registration Confirmation

After submitting the form, a confirmation email will be sent. You must click the link to activate your account. Without activation, PPV purchases are not possible.

1.5 Account Cancellation

• Contact admin@m-portal.cz.
• The operator will cancel the account and delete personal data within 30 days (except data required by law for 7 years).

2. What the User Must Consent to at Registration

2.1 Consent to General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

• You have read the GTC of m-portal-live.cz.
• You expressly agree to their content.
• You understand that violating the terms may result in account suspension without refund.
• Recordings are available for a maximum of 3 months from publication.

2.2 Consent to the Complaints Procedure

• You understand the procedures for filing complaints.
• You acknowledge the deadlines (6 hours for outages, 14 days for other defects).
• You understand that unavailability of a recording after 3 months is not considered a defect.

2.3 Consent to Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

• You consent to the processing of: name, email, billing address, IP address.
• Data is processed for: account management, payment processing, communication, security, legal obligations.
• Data is retained for the duration of the account + 7 years (tax purposes).
• You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent.

2.4 Age Consent (18+)

• You are over 18 years old.
• The operator reserves the right to verify age.

2.5 Confirmation of Accuracy of Data

• All data provided is accurate, correct and complete.
• You are obliged to update it if it changes.

2.6 Consent to Platform Usage Rules

• You will not share your login with others.
• You will not record, copy or distribute PPV content without permission.
• You will not attempt to hack, spam or abuse the platform.
• Violations may result in: account suspension, order cancellation without refund, legal action.

2.7 Cookie Consent

• You are informed about the use of session cookies for login.
• The operator does not use analytical or marketing cookies without consent.

3. Legal Consequences of Violating Terms

1. Account suspension or cancellation without refund.
2. Order cancellation without refund.
3. Legal action to recover damages.
4. Reporting to relevant authorities in case of criminal activity.
