M-Portal Live – Payment and Legally Binding Consent

1. PPV Purchase Process – Step by Step

1.1 Selection and Purchase

1. Log in to the m-portal-live.cz portal.
2. Find the PPV stream you want to purchase.
3. On the stream page you will see: name, description, start time, price, access type (live stream, recording, or both).
4. Click the "Buy" or "Pay" button.

1.2 Order Confirmation Page

Before completing payment you will see:

• Order summary: stream name, start time, price, access type.
• Recording note (if relevant): "If you are purchasing a stream after it has aired, you acknowledge that you are gaining access only to its recording, available for 3 months from publication. The recording will be published no later than 7 days after the end of the stream."
• Link to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
• Link to the Complaints Procedure.
• Link to personal data protection (GDPR).

1.3 Explicit Consent to Service Commencement and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

On the confirmation page you will see this mandatory checkbox:

You MUST check this box to proceed to payment.

1.4 Payment

After checking the consent box you will be redirected to the SumUp payment gateway.

1. Choose your payment method (credit/debit card).
2. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.
3. After successful payment you will be redirected back to m-portal-live.cz.

Security: The operator does NOT store card data. Payment is processed securely via SumUp (PCI-DSS compliant).

1.5 Confirmation and Access

1. You will receive a confirmation email.
2. Access is granted immediately through your account.
3. Live stream access is active during the stream duration.
4. Recording access is active for 3 months from publication.

1.6 Payment Declined

1. You will receive an email notification.
2. You can choose a different card or payment method.
3. Return to the purchase page and try again later.

2. Legally Binding Consent on PPV Purchase

2.1 Explicit Consent to Commencement of Digital Service

1. You agree to the immediate provision of the live stream or recording.
2. You acknowledge that you LOSE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW – no refund due to: change of mind, ordering mistake, any subjective reason.
3. The only grounds for a refund are: technical failure (>5%), incorrect content, voluntary refund ≥48h before the stream.
4. Recording availability: published within 7 days, available for 3 months, may be removed after that.

Legal basis: Section 1840 of the Czech Civil Code (digital content online).

2.2 Responsibility for Technical Conditions

• You are responsible for your internet connection quality and device.
• The operator is NOT LIABLE for: slow/unstable connection, ISP issues, device malfunction, software incompatibility, power outages on your side.

2.3 Consent to GTC and Complaints Procedure

• You AGREE to the GTC of m-portal-live.cz.
• You AGREE to the Complaints Procedure (deadlines: 6 hours for outages, 14 days for other defects).
• Unavailability of the recording after 3 months is NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT.

2.4 Confirmation of Awareness of Consequences

• You are FULLY AWARE of the legal consequences.
• You UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT all purchase terms.
• You cannot later claim you were unaware of the terms.
• This statement is LEGALLY BINDING.

3. Voluntary Refund – In Detail

3.1 Conditions for Voluntary Refund

1. Submit the request from your registered email address.
2. Submit the request at least 48 hours BEFORE the start of the stream.
3. Email text: "I request a refund for PPV [stream name on date/time]".

3.2 Refund

• NO DEDUCTIONS – FULL AMOUNT PAID is returned.
• Processed within 10 business days.
• Returned via the original payment method.

3.3 Limitations on Voluntary Refund

• Less than 48 hours to the stream → operator may refuse.
• After the start of the stream → refund is not possible.
• Voluntary refund is an EXTRA-STATUTORY BENEFIT – there is no legal entitlement.
